Conference Registration
Conference Registration Fee
The HBCU-UP conference registration fee is $325 per person. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, presentations, and exhibits. It also includes these meals: dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night; continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning; and lunch on Friday. Payment may be made by credit card, check, or purchase order through the online registration process. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellations
An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for conference registration cancellations made by September 29, 2008. After September 29, 2008, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
To cancel your registration, visit the online registration page, and use the "Modify or Cancel Registration" process.
Hotel Registration
Hotel registration is a separate process from conference registration.

You may make your hotel reservations online or by telephone. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out quickly, so please make your reservations early.
