Conference Registration
Conference Registration Fee
The HBCU-UP conference registration fee is $350 per person. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, presentations, and exhibits. It also includes these meals: dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night; continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning; and lunch on Friday. Payment may be made by credit card, check, or purchase order through the online registration process. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
How to Register
Registration for the HBCU-UP Conference must be completed online. Students and Faculty/Administrators follow different registration procedures. Please use the links below to register:
Faculty/Administrators:
Use the Faculty Conference Registration form.
Students:
Use the Student Conference Registration form.
Be sure to save your Confirmation Number, which will be emailed to you after registering. The Confirmation Number will allow you to return to the registration page and modify or cancel your information at a later date, if necessary.
Cancellations
An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for conference registration cancellations made after June 1, 2009. NO REFUNDS will be provided for conference registration cancellations made after September 28, 2009.
To cancel your registration, visit the appropriate Faculty or Student online registration page (see links above). After logging in with your Confirmation Number, click "Modify" and follow the instructions online.
Hotel Registration
Hotel registration is a separate process from conference registration.
Please use the information below to make your hotel reservations.

How to Register
You may make your hotel reservations online or by telephone. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out quickly, so please make your reservations early.
