the work of and in anticipation of the World Engineers' Convention.

We are especially interested in learning of data
sources, reports and studies, intervention programs and policy implementation
that relate to women in engineering and girls into engineering.
Forum Coordinator
Dr. Shirley Malcom is the coordinator of the Women's
Participation in Engineering Forum. Dr.
Malcom is Head of the Directorate for Education and Human Resources
Programs of the American Association for the Advancement of Science
(AAAS). The directorate includes AAAS programs in education, activities
for underrepresented groups, and public understanding of science
and technology.

Global Alliance for
Diversifying the Science and Engineering Workforce
Forum Moderator
Priti Mody is
the moderator of the Women's
Participation in Engineering Forum.
She is the Associate Director of the Global Alliance for Diversifying
the Science and Engineering Workforce at the Center for Workforce
Development. Her responsibilities include overseeing funded projects
related to the Global Alliance, writing and editing proposals, fundraising,
conducting research projects on institutional best practices in
diversity, writing reports, managing an international exchange program,
conducting program evaluations, marketing, and working with international
and national organizations.
