Please Note: Ms. Cee-Cee Fenwick will contact each of the scholars once they have successfully completed their abstract registration online.

Travel costs associated with Scholars’ guests will be the Scholars’ and/or their guests’ responsibility. Guests can not make travel arrangements thru the American Express Travel site. Guest will be able to attend the poster/oral sessions at no cost, however, there will be a fee for any meal events. Guest who would like to attend the full HBCU-UP Conference can register on the website.

Hotel

AAAS will make hotel reservations for attendees at the conference hotel. You will receive an email from us confirming your reservation. We ask that you do NOT make your reservations by visiting the hotel’s main website or by calling them.
